TikTok Creators Peller and Jarvis Marry in Star-Studded Lagos Ceremony

LAGOS, Nigeria — Prominent digital content creators Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, and Elizabeth Amadou, known online as Jarvis, officially tied the knot in Lagos over the weekend in one of the year’s most publicized social media weddings.

The celebration, tagged online as #JP2026, brought together top figures from Nigeria's entertainment, business, and digital sectors following a multi-stage matrimonial journey that began earlier this year.

The couple completed their legal civil union in Lagos on July 29 before hosting their traditional wedding and grand reception in the Lekki area of Lagos on Saturday, August 1. Wearing custom gold and deep crimson traditional attire designed by Amy Aghomi and styled by Emmanuel Goodnews Icon, the newlyweds welcomed prominent personalities, including socialite Pascal Okechukwu (Cubana Chief Priest), actress Iyabo Ojo, singer Zinoleesky, media personality Daddy Freeze, and international TikTok creator Gregory Pizarro Jr.

High-profile gifts presented to the couple made headlines across national media. Real estate firm Ochacho Real Homes, led by King Mohamed Adah, gifted the newlyweds a fully furnished luxury mansion in the Life Camp area of Abuja, reported to be valued at ₦400 million. Additionally, Promiseland Estate CEO Lawrence Emmanuel presented the couple with a plot of land in Abuja valued at ₦150 million, while Cubana Chief Priest pledged a ₦10 million cash gift and Gregory Pizarro Jr. presented $20,000.

Peller and Jarvis first rose to national prominence through viral live streams and collaborative comedy skits on TikTok, building a combined audience of millions. Their personal relationship drew widespread public attention following a romantic proposal at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra, Ghana, in June, which was followed by traditional family introductions and bride price rites in Benin City, Edo State.

In keeping with their digital background, the couple livestreamed portions of the reception across their YouTube and Twitch channels, drawing hundreds of thousands of concurrent viewers globally.

Speaking via social media following the traditional reception, Peller confirmed that the couple will host an intimate white wedding on Saturday, August 8, capped strictly at 100 guests comprising immediate family members and select industry colleagues.
